We ship all orders from Newcastle, Australia. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of purchase. Please allow for slight delays during peak or holiday periods.

For orders containing pre-ordered items, we pre-pack and ship everything together once all items are in stock.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

We want you to love your purchase, but please note that we do not offer refunds or returns for change-of-mind purchases.

If your item is faulty, we’re happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:

• Your original order number must be provided as proof of purchase.
• The return request is made within 14 days of purchase.
• Items must be in their original condition—unworn and unwashed.

We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, washed, or mishandled.

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@nmwildings.com, and we’ll provide you with a return number and the postal address for sending the item back.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
